Carm’s journey in healthcare began in 2019, when she started her career as a new graduate nurse. From day one, she dove into some of the most demanding areas of the hospital; including inpatient oncology, med-surg, step-down units, and the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. These early years built her clinical foundation and shaped her into the deeply compassionate provider she is today.

But Carm’s path wasn’t meant to stay within four hospital walls.

Fueled by a desire for growth, she transitioned into travel nursing, accepting contracts in Nashville, Boston, Rochester, and Miami. Each city added a layer to her expertise, giving her unique insight into diverse healthcare systems and deepening her understanding of what exceptional patient care really means.

And then life took an unexpected, but beautiful, turn.

Carm met a Canadian, fell in love, and made the bold move to start a new chapter in Canada, bringing not only her heart, but her skills, passion, vision, and of course, her beloved dog Jax along with her.

In 2024, she proudly graduated with her Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner, and is currently pursuing dual board certification in both Canada and the U.S. As she steps into her role as Medical Director of Enhance Cosmetic Clinic, Carm is combining her years of medical experience with her love for aesthetics, wellness, and client empowerment.
