At Enhance Cosmetic Clinic, excellence and care come together under the leadership of Carm, Founder and Lead Nurse Injector with Master’s prepared Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C pending).

Carm began her nursing career in 2019, building a strong clinical foundation in some of the most demanding areas of hospital care including inpatient oncology, medical-surgical units, step-down care and frontline work during the COVID-19 pandemic. These experiences shaped her into a highly skilled, detail-oriented and compassionate provider with a deep respect for safety, precision, and patient-centered care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through a competitive, paid scholarship program sponsored by Baptist Hospital in Miami, one of South Florida’s most respected and renowned healthcare institutions. This opportunity reflected both her academic excellence and her early dedication to the nursing profession.

Carm later graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, where she obtained her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2025. She is currently completing the final steps toward Family Nurse Practitioner board certification while pursuing dual licensure and certification in both Canada and the United States.

Aesthetic medicine was always Carm’s ultimate vision. Injectables were the driving force behind her decision to enter nursing, combining her passion for medicine, artistry and patient confidence. In 2024, she completed basic training in neuromodulators in Savannah, Georgia, and subsequently obtained her Canadian certification in advanced cosmetic injectables, specializing in both dermal fillers and neuromodulators.

Carm remains deeply committed to ongoing education and professional growth. She continuously invests in advanced nursing and aesthetic trainings to stay at the forefront of safety, technique and innovation in cosmetic medicine.

As the future Medical Director of Enhance Cosmetic Clinic, Carm merges her extensive medical background with her expertise in aesthetics and wellness. 

From critical care foundations to advanced cosmetic injectables, Carm’s practice reflects clinical honesty, artistry and an unwavering commitment to elevating the standard of aesthetic care. Carm’s motto is to never push a treatment, but instead to lead with honesty and thoughtful guidance and always advising what is truly in the client’s best interest to achieve their individual treatment goals.
